If you're receiving a notification in Nestablish about your password reset email being the same as your primary email address, it's because we recognize that people often lose access to their primary email address when they change lenders/companies. Your password reset is the best way to ensure you never lose access to your data.

To avoid receiving this message about your password reset, set your Account Recovery Email in your profile to a personal email address (or another email address that does not forward to another box and that you never lose access to). The Account Recovery Email is not displayed to anyone else at any time and is used only as an alternative means of resetting a password. Your password reset email can be changed by navigating to Settings > Profile & Lender (or Settings > Profile & Company, if you're an agent).
