We are sorry to hear you'd like to cancel your account. You can do so by following these steps:
- Log into your current account. Even if the email address you registered with is no longer active, that does not change the email address and password you use to log in to Nestablish and your old username and password will continue to work until you update your primary address.
- Navigate to Settings > Billing & Payments.
- Click Cancel Account at the bottom of the page.
Your account is canceled immediately and you will be logged out. Please take a moment to let us know why you canceled by completing the form at nestablish.com/contact.
IMPORTANT: We cannot cancel accounts based on email requests as the origin of the request cannot be verified. If you need to cancel your account, you must log in to your account and follow the steps above. Even if your email is no longer active, your account with us is.
